Heartbeats
Heartbeat Acknowledgement
The HeartbeatAck message is sent by the client to Metro when the client has received a heartbeat message from Metro. If the HeartbeatAck is not received within 5 seconds after the heartbeat is sent, all quotes and orders will be canceled.

Enable/Disable Heartbeats
The EnableHeartbeats and DisableHeartbeats messages are sent by the client to Metro when the client wishes to either enable or disable heartbeats. If heartbeats are disabled, they will be disabled for every client connected to Metro.
